AUTOS TO BE AUCTIONED

Good News Mountaineer Garage occasionally has cars to be auctioned. Sometimes we get donated vehicles that are too expensive for recipients with low income to operate or maintain. We sell those premium vehicles to the public on eBay or at special events here in WV to maximize the revenue that we receive from each vehicle. We use 100% of the proceeds to put more vehicles on the road, helping West Virginians with transportation needs.
 

We currently do not have any vehicles available on eBay.

How to Donate Your Car

​

  • DONATE YOUR CAR: Do you have a car you would like to donate? Begin by clicking on the "Donate A Car" button at the bottom of this page to tell us about your car. Or, give us a call at 1-866-GIVE CAR (448-3227) and we'll get back to you.

  • When you call, a staff person will collect information about the history and condition of the vehicle. Next, you can drop off your vehicle to one of our locations, or one of our staff will pick it up from your home.

​

  • Reputable mechanics perform repairs and tune-ups on vehicles accepted into the program.
     

  • Vehicles too expensive to maintain are sold to the public. Proceeds from these auto sales support the program.
     

  • A qualified recipient in need will be matched with the vehicle.
     

  • Vehicle maintenance training will be provided to the new owner of the car.
